William S. Harper, 61, Indianapolis, IN born to Riley and Lois Elizabeth Harper on September 5, 1954 passed away on December 17, 2015.
He is preceded in death by his parents and son Nathan Harper.
William is survived by his wife Toni Harper, children; James Harper, Tracy Foley, Leah Harper, grandchildren; A.J. Foley and Ava Morton.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory 8151 Allisonville Road Indianapolis, IN 46250 with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
